TurnKnit UF strives to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. Your order will be processed when your inquiry has been accpeted and when the transaction is complete (in case of bank transfer, you need provide proof of the transaction for your order to be processed).
All orders are delivered personally, to your home, by a member of the TurnKnit UF team. Prior to delivery you will be notified of a delivery date and time, which you will need to approve. Delivery may take up to 3 business days.
For pre-orders, the delivery time is up to 6 weeks since the pre-ordered items are made upon request. The given delivery time is only to be seen as a guideline and it may deviate depending on the load on our supplier at that moment.

The rest of Sweden:

Free delivery on all orders over SEK 5,000
The rest of EU:

We are currently not offering shipping to countries outside of the EU.
Please note that all deliveries outside the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan area will be handled by external delivery companies. Any shipping costs are subject to change without notice.
Shipping information
The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. The couriers may require your signature when delivering the goods, therefore you will have to be present at the specified address at the time of delivery.
Delivery time
Deliveries within the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan area will be delivered within 3 business days from the day you received your shipping confirmation (does not apply to pre-orders or custom-made products).
Deliveries to other destinations within Sweden will be delivered within 7 business days from the day you received your shipping confirmation (does not apply to pre-orders or custom-made products).
For orders to other EU countries, please contact us at turnknit.uf@gmail.com and we will arrange the most effective shipping.
Insurance
Each purchase is insured by TurnKnit UF during the time in transit until it is delivered to you. Signature upon delivery may be required by the courier. The responsibility passes to you when the delivery is signed.
Return and refunds
If you wish to return your purchase, you may request to do so within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. TurnKnit UF products must be returned in perfect condition. Products cannot be used or washed. Please make sure all of the products are returned exactly as you received them. This indicates that the products must be in their original packaging with the seal and lebel fully intact. TurnKnit UF will only accept return items that are in this pristine condition. TurnKnit UF will not compensate for any return packages lost in shipping. Any shipping charges that may occur, when returning the products, are the customer's responsibility.
TurnKnit UF only accepts return items bought on our website turnknit-uf.com. We may not accept your request to return an item that is bought physically. TurnKnit UF does not offer the possibility to return custom-made products.
To make a return:
Send us an email at turnknit.uf@gmail.com with your order number, and what styles you are returning. When returning a product, the return slip that you will receive via email needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products.
Wait for instructions to send your returns
TurnKnit UF will refund the full amount of the returned products within 30 business days after receiving the items. All refunds will be received by you by Swish or bank transfer. Any additional duties, taxes/or charges you may have incurred will not be refunded by TurnKnit UF.
